Job Brief
The Saladboss restaurant is looking for a results-oriented Sales / Marketing Representative with strong interpersonal skills who will actively seek out and engage client prospects.
Responsibilities
- Effectively promote and sell products/services to existing and future customers.
- Analyze cost-benefit and client demands to meet their requirements.
- Foster positive business and customer relationships.
- Cold call potential customers.
- Quickly resolve customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze territory/market potential and track sales and status reports.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
- Stay up-to-date on promotional trends and best practices.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Provide creative strategy and planning, campaign management and evaluation, market research and analysis, brand management and advertising, content marketing and copywriting, influencer marketing and public relations, digital marketing, social media marketing, digital analytics and reporting, project and event management, vendor and agency relationships, and customer service and engagement.
Requirements and talents
- Proven experience as a Sales / Marketer Representative
- Strong knowledge of MS Office practices and ability to build productive business relationships
- Motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Capable of creating and delivering presentations tailored to audience needs.
- Ability to manage relationships and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant discipline of marketing and sales management.
