POSITION: Cup Sales Manager
Position Summary
We seek an energetic and strategic Cup Sales Manager to enhance customer growth by assisting local businesses, connecting with schools, and strengthening brand visibility in the community. The perfect applicant will spearhead efforts to enhance cup noodle sales by onboarding vendors, forming school collaborations, and guiding teams while concentrating on lasting stakeholder value and customer expansion.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
Supplier & Community Growth
- Foster business expansion by assisting and empowering local suppliers to prepare and sell noodles successfully.
- Locate and integrate new suppliers that resonate with our goal of community assistance and brand promotion.
- Oversee and assist vendor performance, offering guidance and growth opportunities to enhance loyalty and achievement.
School Involvement & Relationship Development
- Establish and sustain robust connections with educational leaders to incorporate our brand into their regular activities and events.
- Customize solutions to address the unique needs of schools, establishing trust as a partner within their ecosystem.
- Plan entertaining, informative activities for children that support the brand’s principles.
Team Leadership & Expansion
- Motivate and guide the cup sales team to enter new neighbourhoods with innovation, determination, and focus.
- Hold frequent training and mentoring meetings to maintain an effective team.
- Align sales operations to guarantee complete consistency with the brand’s objectives.
Planning & Reporting Strategically
- Create and execute engagement tactics that meaningfully link schools, children, and suppliers.
- Create initiatives and projects that enhance sustained vendor profitability and benefit the community.
- Work alongside marketing, product, and customer support teams to implement focused sales strategies.
- Compile regular reports on sales patterns, client responses, and competitor analysis for upper management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a comparable area.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management, ideally in FMCG or community-focused initiatives.
- Demonstrated expertise in guiding successful sales teams and overseeing vendor networks.
- Effective communication, relationship development, and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical approach with expertise in sales monitoring, prediction, and performance evaluation.
- Skill in Microsoft Office and various pertinent sales productivity applications.
- Dedication to development, involvement in the community, and providing exceptional customer value.
