ROLE: Country Sales Lead

We offer clients a selection of brands, including serviced offices (Regus, Spaces, HQ, Signature, and No18), commercial real estate brokerage, and managed office solutions.

COVID-19 prompted an unprecedented trial in flexible working, resulting in an increase in demand for our flexible workspace solutions. To accommodate this demand, we are speeding the expansion of our global network. To achieve our goals, we are seeking partners to open and operate IWG stores. Our target audience includes building owners, franchise operators, and competitors. We will collaborate with our partners in a variety of commercial structures that require a dynamic and broad-based approach to business development.

Job Purpose and Responsibilities.

This job is in charge of our national expansion, as well as supervising the performance of both current and new facilities. You will be accountable for:

  • Grow our network without using up funds by partnering with landlords and doing variable deals.
  • Maximise revenue by enhancing lead conversion, client retention, and profit.
  • Making the IWG collaboration proposition more visible in the market.
  • Converting commercial discussions into signed contracts with the assistance of the IWG legal team.
  • Investing a large amount of time in the field to generate leads, meet consumers, and close sales.
  • Understand the needs of the consumer so that we may recommend relevant solutions and goods.
  • Spend time with existing customers to increase customer satisfaction and explore for ways to sell more items and services.
  • Understand the local market to achieve competitive pricing.
  • As a strong brand ambassador, network with the local business community to obtain market intelligence and develop sales leads.
  • Understand the external competitive climate to help us plan.
  • Selling space in current and new centres throughout the country, utilizing your bargaining abilities to develop critical long-term partnerships and close transactions while always looking for the next lead.
  • Continuously examine your market and actively seek new business.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Strong sales and commercial track record of achieving profitable growth.
  • Senior B2B solution/service sales and business development experience.
  • A tangible track record of achieving top-line sales growth while improving outcomes month after month.
  • Proactive strategy to networking within corporate communities to develop new leads.
  • Work with consumers to understand their wants and solve their problems.
  • Proven ability to generate, manage, track, and close sales and pipeline leads.
  • Motivated, self-sufficient, ambitious, and eager to join a team with substantial growth potential.
  • Ability to motivate and lead sales teams while ensuring effective resource allocation and training.
  • Performance should be monitored and measured using accurate and timely reports.
  • Professional and clear communication abilities, as well as the ability to network effectively and develop solid business partnerships.
