POSITION: Office Manager
Position Overview:
- As Office Manager, you will manage day-to-day administrative work, oversee processes, and support multiple departments to ensure smooth and effective office operations.
- The ideal applicant will have strong organizational and communication abilities, as well as a track record of successful office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily office activities.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel plans.
- Manage administrative personnel and give leadership.
- Maintain office records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Serve as a link between employees and management.
- Develop and improve office policies and procedures.
- Use discretion when handling confidential information.
- Work with many departments to streamline processes.
- Assist with special initiatives as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar position.
- Excellent organizing and multitasking skills.
- Excellent writing and vocal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or comparable fields.
Location: Accra.
