POSITION: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, secure, and implement new business prospects and strategies while marketing Brainwave’s full range of technological products and services.
- Establish and maintain relationships with important clients and other essential stakeholders to guarantee that the company’s full sales potential is realized.
- Meet and surpass monthly sales targets with excellent planning and execution.
- Work with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to provide customer solutions.
- Keep accurate sales records and send regular performance updates to management.
- Generate, follow up, and close sales leads.
- Create quotations, invoices, delivery notes, minutes, and follow-ups (as needed for certain business meetings).
- Conduct market research to better understand customer demands and create specialized recommendations.
- Work with internal teams to connect sales strategy with business objectives.
- Manage sales bidding exercises.
- Respond to clients’ requests for quotations (RFQs).
- Provide quarterly sales reports.
- Engage in constant professional growth.
- Monitor competitors’ sales performance to ensure that the company maintains and strengthens its competitive position.
- Any additional duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of sales experience with an OEM.
- Thorough understanding of the Ghanaian business landscape and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of reaching or exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise with CRM technologies and Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to operate both alone and collaboratively.
- A strong interest in technology and how it can transform businesses.
