POSITION: Head of Marketing and Customer Service
JOB SUMMARY
- Oversees the daily operations of the marketing and customer service departments and responds to escalated concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Establishes brand-building strategies and supervises the Company’s brand planning procedures and the creation of a successful marketing mix.
- Leads the creation and refinement of brand messages and creative concepts to attract prospective customers.
- Develops and implements comprehensive digital marketing strategies that are consistent with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as sales and operations, to provide a consistent customer experience and match customer service goals with overall business objectives.
- Stays up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies affecting customer service, and proactively recommends innovative ways to improve customer service operations.
- The Board receives periodic updates on marketing and customer service.
Reporting Structure
- Job Level: Senior Manager
- Reports to: the Managing Director.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, customer service management, operations management, or a similar discipline; a master’s degree in marketing is preferred.
- 10 years of proven experience as the Head of Marketing/Customer Service or in a similar leadership capacity.
- Experience with all corporate activities, including human resources, finance, and information technology.
- Strategic Management
- Expertise in financial services, including report writing and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Coaching & Mentoring
- 10 Proven track record of providing excellent customer service while increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
