POSITION: Sales Executive
Position Overview
We are looking for driven and ambitious sales professionals to undergo training as loan officers.
Duties
- Creating sales tactics and establishing objectives.
- Producing leads and contacting potential clients.
- Reaching out to clients and prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Addressing and settling customer inquiries and issues.
- Creating and formulating proposals and estimates.
- Continuing the sales procedure with the specific sales software.
- Establishing and upholding customer relationship management information.
- Reaching daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
- Participating in group discussions.
Necessary Skills or Experience
- Sales Proficiency: Proven track record in finalizing agreements, surpassing sales goals, and managing contract negotiations. Proven experience in developing sales pipelines and implementing strategic sales strategies.
- Effective Communication & Presentation Abilities: Capability to express value propositions distinctly to clients, deliver convincing presentations, and work with cross-functional teams.
- CRM Expertise: Practical knowledge of CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) for overseeing client interactions, monitoring sales efforts, and predicting revenue.
- Client Relationship Management: Proven history of fostering enduring client relationships, addressing concerns, and promoting customer loyalty and upselling prospects.
- Data-Informed Decision-Making: Analytical abilities to analyze sales data, recognize market trends, and modify approaches to enhance performance.
