Role Title: Graduates Trainee
The Baker Hughes Internship is intended to provide undergraduates pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with hands-on job experience to serve as the cornerstone of their professional lives. Our internships will provide you with firsthand knowledge of the procedures, systems, and practices that are in place to ensure that client needs are satisfied through perfect execution and the use of cutting-edge technology.

Our internship will give you the opportunity to learn about Health, Safety, and the Environment (HS&E). You’ll attend technical training, and team meetings, work on projects, and present your findings. Throughout your internship, you will be assisted by a buddy and your manager, who will guarantee that you gain useful experience.
Responsibilities
You will be doing the following as an Intern:
- Receiving coaching and mentorship to help you complete assignments and projects that will help you enhance your knowledge and abilities.
- Completing internal projects in order to meet customer expectations and find business improvements
- Learning internal software to help with project and job fulfillment
- Interacting and networking with global corporate executives via working with cross-functional teams and interns.
- Using Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all scenarios to assure compliance.

To be successful in this position, you must:
- Have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
- Have maintained a GPA of at least 3.0 out of 4.0, or the equivalent in your nation
- You should be in your final or near-final year of studies.
- You must be fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Have the legal right to work without limits in the nation where you have applied.
