POSITION: Front Desk Executive
Role Purpose
The Front Desk Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors to our physiotherapy clinic. This position is in charge of controlling patient flow, ensuring efficient office operations, and offering exceptional customer service.
Role Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and guide them through registration.
- Manage phone calls and address basic inquiries about clinic services and other problems.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments for physiotherapy treatments, keeping the clinic schedule organized and efficient.
- Ensure patient records and files align with clinic policies.
- Manage billing, collect payments, and issue receipts.
- Record daily transactions and provide weekly reports.
- Complete various administrative tasks.
- Manage office supplies and inventories.
- Maintain a clean and tidy front desk and waiting area, including office equipment.
- Ensure housekeeping workers are efficient in their jobs.
- Work with other personnel to ensure seamless office operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (ideally in social sciences)
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written.
