POSITION: Applications Developer
Purpose
To design, write, test, debug, and fix code portions in order to develop complex program requirements and implement system enhancements
Responsibilities
- Code, create, and carry out programming operations
- Ensure the development and continual improvement of operational processes.
- Develop collaborative working relationships across teams and functional lines to improve work delivery, cooperation, and creativity.
- Develops solutions to suit customer requests in order to provide internal and external customer service excellence by adhering to quality service standards.
- Contain and reduce expenses by controlling spending and identifying process improvements.
- Develop, foster, and nurture collaborative ties across disciplines.
- Show and cultivate a sense of teamwork and inclusivity.
- Participate in scheduled activities that are beneficial to your personal development.
- Use precise programming, system verification, and capacity testing.
- Ensure Work Quality, System Uptime, and Security Management
- Maintain Corporate Governance in accordance with IT Governance Models, as well as
- Risk Management and Compliance
Experience and Credentials
- Minimum Qualification – Relevant IT Diploma Preferred Qualification – Relevant IT Development Degree
- Experience – 3 to 5 years experience in an IT Development environment, 1 to 2 years ideally as a junior specialist
