Are You Someone Who Can
- Identify, control, and escalate potential risks that could lead to higher expenses.
- Manage costs or spending within the agreed budget to produce cost savings.
- Deliver against operational and cost targets.
- Prioritize resource allocation to minimize and reduce waste.
- Encourage widespread usage of digital and other self-service solutions among clients.
- Collaborate closely with appropriate business units and FNB product houses based on strategy.
- Be an ambassador for FNB as a financial services provider, embodying FNB’s internal values and ethical standards.
- Maintain professional knowledge of all First National Bank Ghana approved products, application procedures, processing, and schedules to drive and achieve appropriate sales targets.
- Ensure the quality of advice remains high and consistent.
