POSITION: Contact Center Engineer (Ghana)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures computer systems work smoothly and provide optimum advantage to users.
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Talks to employees through a series of actions to help build up processes or handle challenges.
- Troubleshoots system and network problems, identifying and resolving hardware or software issues.
- Assists, including procedure paperwork and pertinent reports.
- Sets up new users’ accounts and profiles, and handles password difficulties.
- Testing and evaluating new technology.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least three years of expertise in information technology.
- Contact Center Support Engineer (Ring Central or Nice CX One Tier 3).
- Expertise in network cabling and cable management, as well as experience configuring router and firewall appliances.
- IP Management Skills
- Basic English communication abilities.
- Knows email reporting and ticketing
- CRM expertise (Salesforce and Zoho)
- Active Directory knowledge (all platforms are a bonus)
Technical and Physical Requirements:
- Computer Specifications
- Minimum Intel Specs
- Processor: Core i7 8th generation (or higher).
- Core i5, 10th generation (and above)
- RAM: Minimum of 12 GB.
- Storage capacity: 128 GB SSD or greater
- Graphics: 2GB graphics memory.
- Minimum AMD Specs
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 5, 7, and 9 (minimum series 3600).
