POSITION: Sales & Service Manager
Job Objective
The major goal of the function is to establish sales strategies, lead the sales team, coordinate sales operations, and analyze and apply such strategies and tactics so that the company can meet its sales targets regularly and even exceed them.
Key Attributes

- Proven experience selling solutions to both technical and corporate buyers.
- Capable of prioritizing work in a multitasking context.
- A go-getter who can follow through on commitments and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills, sales aptitude, and the ability to finish transactions.
- Effective verbal, writing, and presenting abilities.
- Experience and knowledge of the market, especially in the mining sector
- Customer focus and attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to travel great distances as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- BSc Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficient in Engineering Sales and Technical Services.
- At least 8 years of experience in engineering or services.
Essential: Knowledge of key decision-makers in the mining business is advantageous.
• A valid driving license. Good driving experience over long distances
Location: Tema, Takoradi, Tarkwa, and Kumasi.
