Job Title: Referral Agents – Ghana
HotelOnline is looking to digitize and increase revenue for over 100,000 accommodation providers in Africa. We are looking for self-driven and enthusiastic agents all over Africa who will help us accomplish this mission.
If you are passionate about the travel and hospitality industry and are looking to learn new things and grow your career, then this will be an exciting opportunity for you.
Qualified agents will receive in depth training and will have support to help them close leads.
Responsibilities:
- Firstly, Present, promote and sell HotelOnline products/services to prospective customers
- Secondly, Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Thirdly, Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and emails
- Moreover, Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Additionally, Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Then, Share an update with management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Also, Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Finally, Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry
- Then, Can work independently and deliver results
- Strong cold calling skills; you should be comfortable calling directly into an organization and seeking out decision-makers for our products and services.
- Ability to interact at all levels of organization
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to establish successful results oriented client relationships.
- Strong teamwork ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
