Position: Account Managers
WHAT IS THE ROLE?
We are searching for experienced Account Managers situated in Kumasi, Ghana, to join our local Hilti partner team, with the capacity to travel as needed to service our Mining client base. The successful team member will take ownership of Hilti’s market share for all activities in the **country region**, as well as continue to grow profitable sales.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
You will take ownership of the assigned territory’s sales development by utilizing all components of our sales process to successfully assess, implement, and control possibilities inside the territory to meet the assigned targets for the defined area or market segment.
You will also cultivate fruitful working relationships at all levels – partners, contractors, system integrators, and end users – while actively managing and developing the growth of key products within the sales territory by targeting the appropriate customer groups and ensuring the successful introduction of new products. Furthermore, you will guarantee that both buying and potential clients receive adequate coverage inside the customer platform to achieve profitable growth.
You will actively and successfully show, service, train, and (where necessary) test Hilti products. To be successful, you must thoroughly grasp the market and be familiar with the players. As a result, you will receive information on competition, market price levels, new releases, seminars, new outlets, quality issues, product deliveries, and reports in monthly reports.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an agile problem-solving mindset. Is eager to learn and determined to succeed, with a dynamic sales personality and a strong winning and high-performance mindset.
- Completed a degree or diploma. (A civil or mechanical engineering degree is preferred.)
- 3–5 years of relevant sales or direct technical sales expertise in the relevant field, such as mining, construction, or heavy-duty industry.
- Ability to communicate in a variety of languages as required. Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong motivation to constantly meet performance targets.
- An agile approach to issue resolution combined with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong business acumen with a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to go the extra mile, including frequent travel if necessary.
- Valid local driver’s license.
