POSITION: Contract Project Manager
This role oversees the contractual relationship between EthosEnergy and the customer for our project in Ghana, ensuring that the customer’s CTQ’s are met according to contractual obligations and EthosEnergy’s commitments under the Long Term Service Agreement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively oversee the Health and Safety on-site for all Company staff and encourage a culture of safety in the workplace;
- Make certain that all processes and procedures adhere to the Company’s HSE policies and guidelines.
- Make certain that the Company fulfills its contractual commitments to the customer punctually, within budget, safely, and to the utmost quality standard;
- Prepare and present contract outputs such as reports, notifications, invoices,
- Revise the contract folder with Parts history, cost predictions, and margin assessments.
- Proactively pursue new opportunities with the client and communicate with the Sales team as needed to provide additional work and added value to clients.
- Make sure contract KPIs are achieved or surpassed to enable the Company to maximize any potential for contract bonuses.
- Reduce schedule fluctuations and be attentive to customer concerns.
- Sustain, organize, and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to direct management as necessary;
- Consistent expense management and fiscal oversight, guaranteeing timely submission of reports;
- Make sure that revenue from scheduled and additional work is invoiced and received according to the contract stipulations.
- Guaranteeing timely and precise invoicing, resolving any billing inquiries swiftly to reduce payment delays;
- Creation and distribution of internal and external purchase orders;
- Guarantee that the service excellence framework is consistently followed, including both pre- and post-job meetings with internal and external providers.
- Collect and apply insights gained;
- Make sure that the field service team creates and communicates Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Quality plans for all jobs on site.
- Make sure Scorecards are kept up to date with precise information on KPIs, and that the closeout process is finished quickly after job completion.
- Examine and authorize all documents sent to clients.
- Any additional appropriate tasks as instructed by management.
Required Skills / Knowledge

- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Experience
- Demonstrated working experience in a comparable power, Oil & Gas, or process industry setting.
- Experience in overseeing Gas Turbine LTSA contracts, MMP contracts, or CSA contracts with GE, ALSTOM, or SIEMENS is preferred.
Educational Qualifications
- At least an HND in Mechanical Engineering or verifiable experience working as a Mechanical Engineer;
- Certification in Project Management recognized by the industry, such as APMP, Prince2, or a similar qualification, is beneficial.
Physical Specifications
- Capable of working on location in hot and humid environments occasionally, usually encountered in Tropical Nations.
