Job Description.
- Responsible for assisting the team with the delivery of several customer engagements.
- Working with process owners and client personnel to handle compliance, information security, and operational concerns.
- Contributing to audit plan preparation, attending client meetings, and conducting entity-level and general IT controls testing in the field.
- Assessing the client’s present information system controls, identifying cyber, technology, and security threats, and making recommendations for remedy.
- Working with client IT personnel to analyze, assess, and improve information security controls, as well as conduct information security audits.
- Participating in other technology-risk projects.
- Capable of gathering and arranging data to examine client internal processes and controls, as well as improving engagement quality through risk identification, testing, regulatory research, and report development.
- Ability to comprehend the client’s business, assess sector trends, and learn leading techniques.
- Ability to properly engage with colleagues and clients of all backgrounds to efficiently service clients.
Skill Set Requirements:
- Collaborating well with team members to design and develop work program deadlines, risk assessments, and other documents and templates.
- Taking a proactive attitude toward learning and collaborating with other team members within a certain time frame, as well as knowing work quality requirements,.
- Gaining a grasp of information systems Auditing standards and methodologies.
- Developing competence in information security frameworks, related rules, and technological standards.
- Excellent project management and organizing skills.
- Having effective communication skills, motivating teamwork, and taking responsibility for other team members.
- High integrity and a self-driven/proactive work mentality to achieve outcomes under tight deadlines and in tough situations.
- Good presentation skills.
- The ability to multitask effectively
Required qualifications include:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in an information technology discipline (such as management information systems, computer science, computer technology, or business information technology).
- Must hold at least one of the following certifications: CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCAK, or other relevant certifications.
- 2+ years of post-qualification experience in information technology and specialized assurance, cloud auditing, or technology roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Enthusiastic and professional about technology risk concerns.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 22301, 20000, ISAE 3402, general IT controls, and information security risk assessment will be regarded as advantageous.
