POSITION: Secretary
The European Union (EU) is an economic and political partnership between 27 European countries. The EU is represented through more than 140 diplomatic representations, known as EU Delegations, which have a similar function to those of an embassy.
The EU Delegation to Ghana’s mission is “Building a strong partnership with Ghana to promote Peace and Prosperity for People and Protecting the Planet”.
WE OFFER
A position of Secretary in an international and multicultural environment. Under this post, the recruited person will be attributed functions depending on the needs of the Delegation.
The jobholder will provide secretarial and logistical support to the Cooperation Section and other sections, as necessary. The place of employment is Delegation of the European Union to Ghana. The Round House – 81, Cantonments Road, Accra, Ghana.

A team player, responsive and committed with a high sense of initiative. He/she should be a fast learner, very well organized, able to prioritize workloads and deliver accurately on short-term requests.

| Professional Experience | Minimum 5 years in performing tasks detailed in the job profile | Work experience with diplomatic missions and/or international organizations |
| Knowledge of Languages | Excellent command (written and spoken) | Communication skills in French |
| Knowledge of IT Tools | Extensive knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet based applications |
