Job Title: Trade Finance Professional
Key Responsibilities:
Here are some of your responsibilities:
- Getting new clients (sales) who are involved in international trade, like exporters and importers, by giving them trade finance services like LC (Letter of Credit), SBLC (Stand-by Letter of Credit), and BG (Bank Guarantee) that they need to trade successfully on the global market.
- Finding chances (called “lead generation”) and making sales from your home country.
- Building and keeping strong connections with customers and helping with all checks that need to be done on clients.
- Reviewing information about Trade Finance clients to make sure it meets standards for Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Counter-Terrorism Finance (CTF).
Skills Required:
- You have more than 5 years of experience in financial consulting, corporate advice, corporate and institutional banking, business banking, or a similar field.
- You are very good at sales and finding new customers.
- You are good at talking to people and negotiating. It would be helpful if you knew about KYC, AML, and PEPs.
- You are doing really well in school.
