ROLE: Training and Development Consultant
A prominent education, training, and consulting organization is looking for a skilled person to fill the following positions: Training and Development Consultant
Knowledge Of:
- Organizational development and training trends and theories
- Adult education and in-service training principles, methods, and techniques
- Effective presentation strategies and adult learning theory
- Principles and approaches for employee development
- Research methodology and techniques.
- Methodologies for conducting training need analysis
- Knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as management and leadership methods.
Skill In:
- Identifying areas for staff development and training needs
- Designed and facilitated training programs that line with business strategy and culture.
- Coordinated business growth and training efforts.
Ability
- Determine areas for staff development and training needs.
- Create training content, lesson plans, and guides.
- Plan, develop, and evaluate training and development programs in various occupational areas.
- Conducting formal training needs analysis.
- Direct and evaluate subordinate staff.
- Analyse training costs, benefits, and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an employee trainer, training coordinator, training administrator, training consultant, or human resource professional with experience planning and implementing employee training and development programs.
- Experience in company growth and training coordination would be advantageous.
Location: Accra.
