Position Overview:

Handling counter billing, day-to-day accounting entries posting, managing receivables and payables, ensuring monthly closing of accounts, and completing tax filings, among other tasks.

Job Duties:

• Adhering to all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
• Generating regular reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and more.
• Delivering data to managers, investors, and other entities.
• Ensuring precise financial documentation.
• Conducting audits and resolving any discrepancies.
• Calculating taxes.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest legislation regarding finance and accounting.
• Preparing budgets and financial forecasts to assist management in the decision-making process.

Qualification and experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and two years of relevant experience
• Some licenses or certifications may be necessary.
• Impressive analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Strong grasp of mathematics and expertise in accounting and financial processes.
• Ethical Behaviour.
• Attention to detail.

Salary: determined based on the candidate’s level of experience.
