DAAD Germany’s Helmut-Schmidt-Programme 2024 (PPGG) fully funded

2024 Fully Funded DAAD Helmut-Schimdt-Programme (Public Policy and Good Governance, PPGG) in Germany is currently accepting applications from international applicants. Students who intend to enroll in Masters-level programs at German universities may apply for the scholarship program.

Description of the scholarship:

The Helmut-Schmidt-Programme is intended to offer assistance to aspirant leaders from developing nations who are committed to improving social justice and democracy. It acknowledges that bad governance has widespread effects, affecting many facets of society and harming people’s prospects and rights. This frequently impedes the political, economic, and social development of developing nations in the Global South.

Future leaders in politics, law, business, and administration are given the academic preparation and hands-on experience they need through the curriculum to operate in accordance with the fundamentals of good governance. With the help of this program, highly qualified graduates will have the chance to complete a master’s degree in a field that is essential to the social, political, and economic advancement of their home nations.

The goal is to equip these scholarship recipients with the knowledge and skills necessary to actively contribute to the development of their countries’ democratic economic and social systems while tackling social inequities.
