POSITION: Customer Service Advisor
Position Summary
The Advisor I, Customer Service role engages with customers through incoming calls, outgoing calls, or online, based on client needs. This role offers customer service assistance and addresses common issues related to the client’s products or services.
Key Duties/Core Responsibilities
- Ensure that the service provided to our customers aligns with the agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’).
- Elucidate customer needs; inquire for comprehension, utilize decision-support tools and resources to effectively deliver solutions to the customer.
- Pay close attention to customer needs and issues; show understanding while enhancing the chance to connect with the customer.
- Welcome customers in a polite, friendly, and professional way by following established procedures.
- Keep fundamental awareness of client offerings and/or services.
- Produce thorough and precise work, ensuring accounts are correctly annotated as needed.
- Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer contentment and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide extra products and/or services.
- Monitor, record, and access data in the call tracking database. Address customer questions by directing them to available resources, secondary references, or higher-level personnel.
Applicant Profile
- Education: A high school diploma or greater; 3–6 months of applicable experience is desirable.
- Linguistic Abilities: Proficient verbal and written communication abilities in English (at least B2 level).
- Technical Abilities: Skilled in operating computer systems and standard PC software.
- Accessibility: Openness to working a rotating schedule, encompassing evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Interpersonal Abilities:
- Polite with a robust approach to customer service.
- Dependable with a sharp focus on specifics.
- Exhibits professionalism and patience when engaging with customers.
- Excellent capability to juggle multiple tasks and adjust swiftly to shifting priorities.
- Patience for monotonous duties in a fast-paced setting.
- The capability to function autonomously while also cooperating in a team setting.
