Client Service Executive at Capital Investment Limited
Job Description
- Answer questions from customers about service
- Advertise the company’s products and services
- Find out what customers need and want
- Give customers product brochures
- Keep personal and business clients’ name and address information up-to-date;
- Give customers information about prices and shipping;
- Verify customers;
Qualifications and Experience
- Must know how to use a computer;
- Must be highly motivated and enthusiastic;
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision;
- Must have administrative skills and be able to work as part of a team;
- Must be able to do more than one thing at once and be flexible;
- Must have an HND.
