Position: International Business Development Executive

An American BPO company is looking for sales and marketing professionals to work in its Accra-based worldwide Contact Center, focused on sales and marketing campaigns with customers in the United States and Canada

Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with all of our company’s products and services.
  • Getting new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and coordination with the marketing team.
  • Attending networking events to research and interact with potential clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful ties with existing clients to secure their retention.
  • Suggesting updates or new products and services that would be of interest to customers.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to increase revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to get the best cost.
  • Equipping employees with the technical and social skills required to increase sales.
  • Reviewing client comments and making appropriate modifications.
  • Stay in step with consumer trends to guarantee that our solutions remain relevant.

REQUIREMENT

  • The candidate must be exceptionally fluent in English and possess great verbal communication abilities.
  • The candidate must have at least three to four years of sales and marketing or corporate experience.
  • Monthly remuneration consists of a competitive basic salary plus performance bonuses, with an on-target earning (OTE) of GH 14,000 each month.
  • This post is only open to graduates with at least a bachelor’s degree or HND certification.
  • Age requirements range from 26 to 39 years old.
  • Hours of operation: Monday through Friday (2pm to 10:30pm GMT) (9:00AM to 5:30PM EST).
