Job Vacancy For Accounts Assistant
Job Description
- Firstly, Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary
- Secondly, Review both incoming and outgoing invoices
- Thirdly, Generate financial reports for review regulatory authorities
- Moreover, Process accounts payable and receivable, depending on role
- Additionally, Utilize database software to organize financial account information
- Then, Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
- Also, Make regular contact with clients to ensure payment
- Lastly, Ensure company financial accounts, such as credit cards, are paid on time
Qualification Required & Experience
- HND or degree
- Professional certificate holders can apply
- Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
- 2 years professional experience
- Strong math and critical reasoning skills
