Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused entry/mid level Accountant to be part of our expanding team. The perfect applicant for success in this position must possess a strong background in accounting principles and practical experience overseeing daily financial operations. You will oversee the upkeep of precise financial records, manage daily accounting duties, and assist with wider finance operations.
Main Duties
- Log daily financial activities in accounting software.
- Settle bank, credit card, and various financial statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Handle invoices, payments, and payroll (as required).
- Aid in the month-end and year-end procedures.
- Compile fundamental financial statements and overviews.
- Keep precise documentation and provide support with inspections and assessments.
- Assist in the processes of budgeting and forecasting.
- Engage with suppliers and customers as required about financial issues.
Requirements
- BSc. degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Competence in accounting software.
- Keen focus on precision and thoroughness.
- Strong ability to manage time and organization effectively.
- Excellent abilities in communication, both in writing and speaking.
- Capacity to manage confidential information with integrity.
