Job Description
- Assist consumers throughout the purchasing process.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Excellent sales and communication abilities.
- Assists consumers in selecting items, answering inquiries, and sharing product information.
- Creates and changes customer profile records.
- Process purchases and returns.
- Must be able to use a desktop POS system.
- Alert Management about potential security risks.
Qualifications & Experience
- An Associate’s Degree or a High School Diploma.
- Retail sales experience.
- A professional appearance.
- Maintain a good attitude and prioritize customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.
- The ability to read, write, and do simple maths.
- The capacity to stand or walk for long periods of time.
Location: Accra.
