ROLE: Retail Shop Executive
Job Summary
The successful candidate will work as a retail executive in the Customer Experience department, reporting to the shop manager and interacting with customers to improve their service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all training sessions and personal development exercises.
- Participate in all team briefing and coaching programs to improve service delivery at the shop.
Process
- Ensure healthy acquisitions and compliance with activations.
- Responsible for improving the client experience in the shop.
- Enforce adherence to all customer service policies and protocols.
Customers
- Ensure that all customer queries/complaints are resolved in accordance with SLAs.
- Ensure good T-NPS and CES ratings.
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- 2–3 years of retail experience.
Core Competencies
- Proficient in retail operations, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and planning abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities (oral and written), and cultural awareness.
Location: Accra.
