Asenpong Travel & Tour is a renowned travel firm looking for an experienced and dedicated Travel Consultant to join our team.
Job Summary:
- We’re searching for a well-organized and customer-focused vacation Consultant to develop and arrange personalized vacation itineraries for our clients.
- The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and knowledge of the travel industry.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs.
- Research and recommend appropriate travel options.
- Make and maintain travel reservations (flights, hotels, and transfers).
- Offer travel papers and information (visas, insurance).
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns.
- Keep correct records and databases.
- Stay current with industry trends and destination knowledge.
Qualifications & Experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in hospitality, tourism, or a similar subject.
- Language skills (extra languages).
- Experience with online booking platforms.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in travel consulting or related industries.
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of global destinations and travel rules.
- Must have experience with the Amadeus system.
