ROLE TITLE: Marketing Specialist
Position Description
Bonafide is a family-owned and operated business that specializes in the sourcing and distribution of frozen meat, poultry, and fish products. Our major distribution hub is in Ghana, West Africa, and we supply both wholesale and retail consumers through several stores around the country. We acquire products from throughout the world with specific customer requirements in mind, ensuring that each product is of the highest quality at the most inexpensive price.
Required Qualifications or Experience
We are looking for the following individuals:
- A university degree in Business Management or Marketing is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities in both English and Twi,
- Knowledge of the frozen food sector is advantageous.
- A valid driver’s license
- Analytical, detail-oriented, thorough, team-oriented, and dynamic
- Self-assured that he or she can exceed sales targets
- Excellent networking, bargaining, and relationship-building abilities
- ready to work successfully under time constraints
- Whether you live in Accra or Tema, your workplace is in Tema.
What are your Responsibilities
- Increasing consumer happiness and acquiring new customers. Creating projects to gain loyal customers
- Market analysis in terms of product, pricing, and technology. Creating fresh ideas in accordance with market dynamics and trends,
- Conducting research to support the company’s marketing strategies
- Market research, close monitoring of the market and rivals, and the development of sales-supporting and sales-enhancing marketing programs through competitive analysis
- Investigating channels for increasing the company’s brand awareness and annual sales. Participation organization and preparation of all marketing tools,
- Monitoring the industry’s market process, performing research on competitors, and submitting reports
- Providing management with frequent reports on marketing processes
