A reputable indigenous property management company located in Accra is looking to hire experienced candidates for the position of Operations and Properties Manager and Administrative Officer to boost their operations.
1 . Operations & Properties Manager
- Firstly, Perform and supervise effective property management in compliance with all applicable building codes, acts and regulations
- Secondly, Implement an efficient Planned Preventive Maintenance system Conduct regular routine inspections of properties to ensure proper functioning of plant and equipment, minimising hazardous conditions, safety and security risks and maximise overall appearance of property
- Thirdly, Effectively manage leases and tenancy agreements Enforce terms of agreement with tenants

2 . Human Resource and Administrative Officer
- Firstly, Daily tracking of receivables
- Secondly, Updating of account receivables ledger with client’s payments and monthly turnaround sales
- Thirdly, Monthly reconciliation of account receivables ledger with monthly collections report.
