POSITION: Business Development Manager (Ghana)

Job Summary

The business development manager will lead growth initiatives, boost revenue, and create strategic business alliances.

Main Duties

• Create and execute successful sales tactics to achieve or surpass sales goals and organizational aims.
• Create and implement strategic sales strategies to access primary markets.
• Recognize, aim for, and chase new business prospects to boost revenue expansion.
• Create leads by recognizing and focusing on prospective clients, establishing a strong pipeline, and turning prospects into lasting customers.
• Foster and cultivate connections with current clients to guarantee loyalty and ongoing business.
• Oversee the complete sales process from the first interaction to contract discussions and finalization.
• Perform market analysis to detect new trends, competitor actions, and possible growth opportunities.
• Create engaging proposals, presentations, and RFP replies.
• Conduct sales presentations, workshops, and negotiations to secure deals and establish partnerships.
• Work together with internal teams to guarantee seamless project implementation after the sale.
• Additional tasks as required and designated.

Key Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline
• Over 5 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or similar positions
• Outstanding abilities in communication, interpersonal relations, negotiation, and presentation.
• Demonstrated history of reaching and surpassing sales goals.
• Excellent skills in negotiation and managing client relationships.
• Powerful analytical skills and strategic planning capabilities.
• Driven by results and self-motivated
