Your Impact
As a Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be essential in influencing the future of our expanding organization by attracting mission-driven talent, enhancing our organizational framework, and promoting an inclusive and cooperative workplace culture.
Your contributions will directly enhance our operational excellence and propel our mission forward by ensuring we are supported by high-performing individuals who align with our values across all teams.
This position demands a proactive and flexible leader capable of overseeing daily HR functions, establishing scalable systems, and crafting strategies to draw in and keep top talent within the sustainability industry.
Main Duties
- Create and oversee comprehensive recruitment procedures, starting from defining roles to integrating new hires.
- Spearhead talent acquisition initiatives and establish a robust pool of qualified candidates throughout Africa and the diaspora.
- Supervise the operations of the employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and career growth.
- Work alongside leadership to influence company culture and ensure values alignment, fostering an environment in which employees can flourish.
- Create and execute HR policies that promote fairness, openness, and sustainability.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment and team formation activities.
- Assess and review team capability, worker contentment, and retention rates.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and HR regulations in all operating areas.
