A Joint Venture company of Schlumberger is looking to hire a Field Engineer Trainee.
Position Summary
- The Field Engineer Trainee is tasked with ensuring safe, efficient, and dependable product and service delivery to clients.
- The Field Engineer Trainee recognizes chances to enhance service delivery, enforces standardized procedures, and oversees risk management during service provision.
- By aiding in the gathering of crucial data to strategizing long-term well development, the field engineer trainee will coordinate, execute, and document operations in the field and support specialists and fellow engineers with important choices.
Duties:
- Finishing all assignments given by the supervisor and helping in any way possible.
- Analyzing current strategies and methods and providing recommendations for enhancement.
- Carrying out research and gathering information.
- Visiting various locations and acquiring hands-on experience in unfamiliar work environments.
- Collaborating closely with team members to nurture professional values and establish strong connections.
- Adhering to health and safety protocols consistently.
- Participating in meetings and workshops.
- Participating in every type of assessment throughout the internship.
- Generating reports and presenting findings to team members and other involved parties.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in engineering at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level
- Strong skills in both verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Fast learner skilled at applying logic to address challenges
- Be individually dedicated to ongoing enhancement
- Demonstration of leadership and collaboration abilities
