Position: REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS

MAIN DUTIES
- Execute strategic sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Spot market prospects and possible clients.
- Foster robust connections with clients (retailers, distributors, partners).
- Guide, train, and advise sales teams to enhance their performance.
- Establish and oversee sales goals and quotas by examining sales figures, market trends, and competitor behaviour.
- Work together with marketing on promotional tactics and resources.
- Make sure to adhere to sales policies and guidelines.
- Give senior management input from the market.
- Track stock levels, predictions, and requirements.
- Address customer issues successfully.
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a similar discipline (MBA preferred).
- Demonstrated sales management expertise in a comparable sector.
- Effective leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven capacity to develop and guide exceptional teams.
- Thoughtful strategy and analytical abilities.
- Focused on results with a history of meeting sales goals.
- Understanding of sales methods and automation technologies, bargaining, and customer relationship management software.
- Capability to move within the designated area.
- Versatility and elasticity.
