POSITION: Administrative Assistant
Diamond Logistics was established in 1992 by Kate Lester to assist SMEs with their delivery and fulfillment requirements. At first, we provided a same day courier service; however, due to increasing demand, we have expanded to offer overnight, international, fulfillment, and storage options. Our network collaborations have expanded due to this demand, so that now we offer a nationwide logistics solution fueled by the enthusiasm of our industry partners.

We have wholeheartedly adopted new technological solutions to enhance and expand our services, introducing our own logistics platform, despatchlab. Position Summary
- Generate periodic reports on expenditures and office financial plans
- Keep and refresh company databases
- Set up a filing system for significant and sensitive company documents.
- Respond to questions from employees and clients
- Revise office policies as necessary
- Keep a company calendar and arrange meetings.
- Reserve meeting rooms as needed
- Manage and organize correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages)
- Create reports and presentations featuring statistical information, as required.
- Organize transportation and lodging
- Organize internal and external events
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent organizational abilities paired with a solution-oriented mindset
- Outstanding written and spoken communication abilities
- Focus on precision
- Degree or HND
