POSITION: Business Development Representative

As we broaden our presence, we are looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growth and create opportunities for new client collaborations.

Position Summary 

As a BDR at Bandwidth Global, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts — identifying, connecting with, and qualifying potential customers in need of exceptional recruiting solutions. This position demands strong prospecting abilities, knowledge of consultative selling, and the capacity to convey the benefits of tailored staffing solutions to HR and business executives.

Principal Duties

  • Investigate and locate prospective clients in targeted sectors via various channels.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to spark interest and schedule meetings.
  • Assess incoming and outgoing leads according to staffing requirements, recruitment timelines, and budget preparedness.
  • Schedule appointments for Account Executives and assist in preparing for client meetings.
  • Keep precise documentation of all actions in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Work together with marketing on external communication and campaign implementation.
  • Observe developments in the talent acquisition and staffing sector to guide outreach strategy.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in business growth, sales, or lead acquisition (ideally in recruiting, staffing, or professional services).
  • Outstanding communication abilities featuring a persuasive, customer-focused methodology.
  • Extremely self-driven, well-organized, and at ease in a hybrid work setting.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable).
  • Assurance in connecting with senior HR executives, hiring authorities, and C-suite decision-makers.
  • A strong enthusiasm for individuals, the expansion of businesses, and the ability of talent to foster achievement.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in staffing, recruitment, RPO, or workforce solutions sectors.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment or comprehension of hiring procedures.
