POSITION: Sales and Marketing Manager
Company Overview
Euro Homes Interior is a prominent furniture manufacturing firm recognized for its creative designs and superior quality products. We are looking for an energetic and skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to become part of our team and assist us in reaching our business objectives.
Duties
- Create and execute detailed marketing strategies to improve the visibility and sales of our furniture items.
- Oversee the sales team and handle clients.
- Work together with the sales team, social media channels, digital marketing initiatives, and online promotions to guarantee consistency with our brand identity.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance our product range and brand visibility.
- Develop and oversee marketing materials including brochures, ads, and online content.
- Assess and document the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing data.
- Perform a thorough market analysis to grasp trends, consumer preferences, and competitor actions.
- Supervise a group of marketing experts and offer direction and assistance.
- Oversee and track the marketing budget, guaranteeing that resource distribution is economical.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a similar area of study.
- Seven years of experience in marketing, concentrating on the furniture, interior design, or manufacturing sectors.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Demonstrated history of creating and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Expertise in marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management applications.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively in a team-focused setting.
