POSITION: Workplace Experience Manager
Job Description
We are seeking to employ a Workplace Experience Manager to become part of our People & Workplace team located in Accra, Ghana.
Kindly be advised that this position is a cover for maternity leave and is available as a fixed-term contract lasting 9 months.

About the Position
We seek an enthusiastic and proactive Workplace Experience Manager who loves assisting and guiding individuals. Serving as the initial point of contact for our employees and partners, you will foster a friendly environment, provide support with office tasks, and guarantee a smooth workplace experience. You excel at addressing challenges and take satisfaction in creating a comfortable and productive environment for all in the office.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing all our offices in Ghana, ensuring they are inviting and pleasant. Welcoming and receiving our guests at the office, guiding them as needed, and informing staff of their presence.
- Assisting with office administrative duties, gathering and arranging packages, mail, invoices, and receipts, and sending those to the appropriate stakeholders (which includes opening, scanning, and archiving sensitive documents).
- Interacting with the landlord, cleaning staff, Internet service providers, and security firms, and addressing issues related to office space, along with purchasing office materials and snacks.
- Assisting in coordinating activities and festivities for the group.
