- Verifying invoices against payments and expenditures to confirm precision.
- Administering

- Overseeing a business’s accounts payable and receivable.
- Distributing bills and invoices to customers
- Monitoring company expenditures
- Handling refunds
- Collaborating with collection agencies regarding late payments.
- Interacting with clients about invoicing and payments.
- Preparing records for a firm’s accounts owed and receivable
- Issuing invoices and bills to clients
- Monitoring company expenditures

- Collaborating with debt collection agencies regarding late payments.
- Interacting with clients about invoicing and payments.
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar area.
- Demonstrated work experience as an Account Officer.
- Capable of collaborating effectively within a group.
- Skill in MS Excel and QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Focused on details.
- Robust interpersonal abilities.
