POSITION: Field Services Engineer
Major Duties
- Tasked with the setup and configuration of customer premise equipment (CPE) at client sites.
- Offer post-installation training to the client on basic troubleshooting.
- Identifying and fixing technical problems related to hardware and software, including installations and internet connections.
- Keep precise service records and input them into the database.
Troubleshooting ticket resolution
- Implementation of configuration modifications through our change management systems and procedures.
- Perform preventive maintenance to guarantee that uptime is sustained and corrective maintenance is implemented.
- Execute upgrade and setup of equipment.
- Prepare and present reports
Required Skills or Experience
Qualification
- BTech / B.Sc / HND in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (2.1 or higher credit)
- Solid understanding of networking (CCNA is a beneficial asset)
- Identify and fix technical hardware and software problems related to internet connection, inverter/battery concerns, etc.
- A basic understanding of electrical connections will be a beneficial asset. Robust customer service abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally to grasp customer issues and convey technical details to customers in an understandable manner.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to identify problems.
- Skills for managing time to organize appointments and maintain schedules.
- Focus on precision and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
- Skills related to organization.
- Technical and computer skills
