About the Position
Powertel Ghana Limited seeks an enthusiastic Sales Representative to foster business expansion by discovering new sales prospects and nurturing solid connections with customers. The perfect candidate should possess experience in selling generators, spare components, or similar power solutions and demonstrate a proven track record of closing deals.
Main Duties
- Create and implement sales tactics to grow our customer base.
- Recognize and connect with potential clients seeking generators, spare parts, and associated services.
- Cultivate and enhance connections with current clients to encourage repeat transactions.
- Deliver specialized product expertise and suggest appropriate solutions according to customer requirements.
- Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Work together with the technical team to guarantee smooth product delivery and post-sale assistance.
- Compile and showcase reports regarding sales achievements and market dynamics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrated expertise as a Sales Representative, ideally in the energy, power solutions, or engineering industries.
- Effective negotiation and communication abilities with a history of successfully finalizing agreements.
- Capability to establish and sustain robust client connections.
- At least a Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar area.
- Driven by self-motivation and focused on achieving results.
- Robust abilities in organization and time management.
