The Opportunity
As a Community Sales Manager, your role will involve ensuring the efficient operation of your Regus center while seeking opportunities to boost sales and revenue, enabling an increasing number of individuals to experience the advantages of flexible work. You will inspire your team to develop an excellent workplace atmosphere to guarantee customer contentment and loyalty.
A typical day at Regus
You kick off the day with a casual team discussion over coffee, to organize the day’s tasks and ensure everyone is ready.
With one eye focused on reception, you notice members arriving and also the initial guests for the meeting rooms coming in. You greet them and lead them to their meeting room, demonstrate the facilities, and assist them in establishing their WiFi connections and AV system for their presentation.
Subsequently, you will have a meeting to gain insights about a new team member and comprehend his business requirements. You consider the other businesses in the center and how you could possibly introduce him to a few that might be intriguing at the networking event later this week.
A major corporation is occupying an entire floor of the center and will be relocating next week. You go through the relocation thoroughly with the reception team, confirming that the welcome kit is set up and that all badges and keys are prepared for distribution.
During lunch, a couple enters asking about coworking membership. Your sales colleague is currently on their lunch break, so you invite them for a coffee and show them around the center, detailing all the advantages of Regus membership.
In the afternoon, you facilitate a monthly operational meeting for Community Sales Managers from your nearby cluster of centers, along with the regional Operations Manager. Following the meeting, you take a final stroll around the building, chatting with members and inquiring about their day as they begin to relax and prepare to go home.
About You
We seek an individual with the skills and expertise to ensure the operation functions smoothly. You must be a skilled multitasker who can anticipate challenges before they arise and maintain a team’s motivation and commitment to outstanding service. You must also be:
- An effective communicator, experienced in interacting with clients – preferably within the hospitality or events sector.
- Self-assured, friendly, and capable of fostering strong connections with clients.
- An excellent leader who sets a positive example and understands how to encourage and uplift a team.
- Joyful in accepting responsibility for issues and discovering solutions.
- Optimistic, eager, and capable of adjusting to rapidly evolving circumstances.
- Proficient in MS Office and other fundamental IT software.
