POSITION: Compliance Officer

Qualification and Experience Required
- A bachelor’s degree in risk management, economics, finance, accounting, or something similar.
- 2–3 years of experience in a leadership role in Operations, Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance, or a similar job at a bank or financial company.
Skills/Basic Requirements
- A clear understanding of rules, managing risks, and keeping internal checks.
- The ability to make your own decisions.
- Good talking, writing, and reporting skills.
- Good at analyzing things and paying close attention to details.
- Ready and able to be creative.
What you will do:
- In charge of making sure we follow all rules, policies, instructions, and notes.
- Decide on the compliance review, outline what it will cover, and create a yearly compliance plan.
- Regularly check and make sure we are following the rules in the documents mentioned above.
- Make sure employees understand the rules, policies, steps, announcements, and instructions.
- Create and share reports showing the results of compliance checks with the manager.
- Find weaknesses and suggest ways to manage risks.
- Keep checking to see how well management’s actions and suggestions are working.
- Help with the smooth running of the compliance team.
- Any other tasks that are given by the manager.
