Premier Poultry Ltd is looking for motivated, hard-working people to become District Sales Representatives in the MFANTSIMAN and AJUMAKO-ENYAAN-ESIAM districts.

Responsibilities:

• Hiring, teaching, and guiding salespeople and account managers.
• Creating and keeping strong connections with current and future customers.
• Giving regular updates to the regional sales manager about what the company needs for marketing and product development, along with suggestions for pricing.
• Creating and handling good sales plans to increase the company’s sales and profits.
• Reviewing employees’ work and suggesting ways to make it better when needed.
• Looking into and keeping an eye on what’s happening in the market, what other companies are selling, and what customers want.
• Filling out sales reports and sending them to the higher-ups to check.
• Looking at sales data and market changes to change our sales plans and methods as needed.
• Helping create marketing campaigns that aim to increase brand awareness and showcase the advantages of the company’s products and services.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or a similar area.
• Demonstrated ability to sell.
• Has a history of reaching sales goals.
• The skill to do many things at once.
• The ability to handle stress and do a good job when it’s busy or difficult.
• Good at solving problems, staying organized, and managing tasks.
• Great skills in negotiating, connecting with others, and selling through advice.
• Good communication skills.
• Great ability to help customers well.
