POSITION: Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee our money matters and make sure we manage our finances well and operate efficiently as we grow our services and technology. This job is important for helping us find great leaders from different backgrounds and giving them what they need to achieve big success in business.
Job Summary
The Finance Manager will handle all money-related tasks for the company. This includes planning finances, managing risks, making sure everything follows the rules, and keeping track of financial reports. The chosen person will work closely with top managers to make sure the company is financially stable and offer ideas that help it grow in the long run.
Main Duties
Money Management
- Create and manage the use of money rules, steps, and systems.
- Oversee budgeting, predicting expenses, and financial planning tasks to make sure they match our goals.
- Handle money flow, available cash, and financial risks well to keep operations running smoothly.
Money Reporting
- Create correct and on-time financial reports, such as monthly, quarterly, and yearly statements.
- Make sure to follow international financial reporting rules (IFRS) and local laws.
- Share money-related information and suggestions with the executive team and board members.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Make sure to follow all legal rules and regulations, including filing taxes and going through audits.
- Carry out internal checks and organize outside audits.
- Find financial risks and put plans in place to reduce them.
Planning and Analyzing Strategies
- Give money-related information to help with business choices and important plans.
- Create financial plans and analyses to assess business opportunities and investment choices.
- Keep track of important performance measures (KPIs) and suggest ways to increase profits.
Leading a Team
- Guide and support the finance team when needed, promoting a sense of responsibility and a focus on getting better.
- Work together with different teams to make sure financial goals match the company’s goals.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar area is needed, along with a CPA or ACCA qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing finances, ideally in busy, growing companies.
Skills and Abilities
- Good understanding of IFRS, analyzing finances, and managing risks.
- Great at analyzing things, solving problems, and making decisions.
- Skill in using financial software and tools like Xero, Excel, or ERP systems.
- Great at talking and connecting with people, and can explain complicated financial information in an easy-to-understand way.

- Good leadership skills and a willingness to work together with others.
- Can do well in a busy and changing setting while handling different tasks at the same time.
