Our client, who works in the aviation industry, is looking for a Sales Manager
Essential Job Functions:
- Set and monitor sales targets in consultation with management.
- Drive new sales and leads to completion, with a particular emphasis on long-term agreements.
- Create unique and imaginative ways to promote products and attract the right customers.
- Develop and maintain successful long-term relationships, as well as a high level of satisfaction, with important senior decision-makers and influencers.
- Increase demand for the organization’s products and services by enhancing its profile among customers.
- Lead and support the sales team, ensuring that everyone is prepared for success.
- Optimize each business unit’s sales process to recognize possible business early, qualify leads, establish pipelines, and deliver targeted sales.
- Manage and optimize the company’s CRM, pipelines, and sales predictions, as well as provide reliable data to the business for optimal planning and decision-making.
- As a member of the management team, you must always uphold and display behaviours consistent with Atlantic Aviation Group’s core values.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the aviation industry.
- Existing ties between airlines, lessors, and general aviation.
- Proven effective worldwide sales experience, especially in the aviation business.
- An enthusiastic, devoted approach mixed with good organizational abilities and a dedication to deadlines, goals, and high work standards.
- A flexible work schedule will be required to support this position.
- Maintain a good mindset and strong working energy.
- Travel is required for this position.
