Fan Milk PLC is looking for an agile and collaborative team member to serve as the Quality and Food Safety Manager.
The Quality and Food Safety Manager will be in charge of establishing and implementing the Ghana business’s local Quality & Food Safety strategy, as well as overseeing overall Quality & Food Safety compliance and performance. You will report directly to the Quality & Food Safety Director, SSA.
The post is permanent and headquartered in Accra, Ghana.
About You
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, people management, and leadership abilities.
- A degree in food science and technology, biochemistry, microbiology, or any other related area, with at least 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (ideally dairy, foods).
- Knowledge of the FSMS (FSSC 22000) and QMS is necessary.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma and Process Capability Improvement Tools (TPM, WCM)
- Excellent demonstrated leadership abilities
- Strong understanding of quality and food safety management systems.
- Good project management, documentation, computer (Microsoft Office), and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
