ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team.
POSITIONS
1. Sales Officers
Qualifications & Experience
- At least a diploma or bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline.
- A minimum of two years of sales experience, particularly in the pharmaceutical or herbal medicine industries.
- Proven track record of reaching or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to establish rapport with consumers.
- Self-motivated with strong negotiating and closing skills.
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.
- A basic understanding of herbal medicine and its advantages is advantageous, but not needed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
2. Marketing Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Membership in the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) would be an added benefit.
- At least five years of marketing experience, particularly in the pharmaceutical or herbal medicine industries.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing growth-oriented marketing strategies.
- A thorough understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- The ability to operate in a fast-paced atmosphere while managing various priorities successfully.
3. Accountant
Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related discipline.
- Be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ghana (ICAG).
- At least five years of accounting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries.
- A thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting requirements, and tax rules.
- Proficiency with accounting tools and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrates excellent analytical skills and pays close attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently, managing various tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well with multidisciplinary teams.
